Privacy Policy

Media Buying Made Easy (“Mebume”, “we”, “us”) operates an AI-assisted advertising platform at mebume.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: privacy@mebume.com.

• Account data - name and email you provide when you sign in (via our authentication provider, Auth0).
• Connected advertising accounts - when you connect a platform such as Meta or Google, we receive access tokens and read advertising data (ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, performance metrics, pixels, and audiences) needed to display and manage your campaigns.
• Google user data - if you connect Google Ads, we access your campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets and performance metrics through the Google Ads API, and we create, pause, resume or change budgets on campaigns only when you approve the change or enable an automation rule for your own account. If you connect Google Analytics or Google Search Console, we read traffic, conversion and search query data for your own properties to display alongside your ad performance; we never write to them. We use Google user data only to provide these features to you. We do not use it to train AI models, do not sell it, and do not use it for our own advertising.
• Content you create - brands, products, creative briefs, generated images and copy, and the campaigns you build.
• Usage and diagnostic data - basic logs needed to operate the service securely.

• To provide the service - read, display, and manage your ads.
• To generate creative and recommendations using AI providers on your behalf.
• To create, update, pause, or optimize campaigns on connected platforms only at your direction or under rules you configure.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information or your advertising data.

Mebume’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We share data with subprocessors only as needed to run the service: advertising platforms you connect (e.g. Meta, Google), authentication (Auth0), cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, Vercel, Supabase), and AI providers used for generation and analysis (Anthropic, Google). Each processes data under its own terms.

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect a platform at any time on the Connections page, which revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke Mebume’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

You may disconnect any advertising account, request access to or deletion of your data, or close your account by contacting privacy@mebume.com. Deleting a connection removes its tokens and associated synced data.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
